Job summary

Vistry Group PLC seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee financial and contractual aspects across multiple residential projects in Wadebridge/Plymouth. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure profitability while maintaining cost controls and robust reporting.

The role combines site-based leadership with collaboration across Commercial, Estimating and Buying teams, offering a competitive package and flexibility where possible.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND in Surveying or equivalent.
• Proven PQS/SQS/Commercial lead experience on residential house projects.
• Degree in Surveying; working towards CIOB or RICS desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and advise on financial and contractual aspects of multiple projects.
• Execute quantity surveying function on allocated contracts to maximise profitability.
• Provide cost control and financial reporting across construction activities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and monthly cost analysis for sites.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Estimating and Buying teams; support recruitment and development.
