Esh Living, part of Esh Group, seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management for several construction schemes. You will oversee cost control, contract administration and financial reporting to ensure delivery of projects.

Ideal candidates bring a strong track record in complex construction portfolios, with supervisory experience and proficiency in cost estimation and valuing subcontractors.

Formación

• HND Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Degree in QS or equivalent – desirable.
• Minimum 5 years working as a QS – essential.
• Experience with JCT and NEC contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial management of multiple schemes.
• Monitor costs and forecast variances monthly.
• Procurement and subcontractor management from start to finish.
• Valuation, certification and payments to Sub Contractors.
• Prepare external valuations to contract requirements.
• Prepare lump sum bids and tender documents.
• Manage contract documents and monthly reporting.
• Mentor junior surveyors and contribute to training.
