Job summary

Professional Personnel Management Ltd is representing a leading landscaping and grounds maintenance contractor seeking a Quantity Surveyor to own the commercial aspects of multiple live projects in landscaping and civils.

Based in Melton Mowbray, this full-time, permanent role is hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days at home). You will manage change control, prepare final accounts, monitor costs and support pre-construction through to close-out, with JCT/NEC experience valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role (landscaping or construction sectors preferred).
• Diploma, Degree or Higher Education qualification is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Managing all contractual and commercial aspects across a range of live projects.
• Supporting operations throughout pre-construction, delivery, and project close-out.
• Experience of JCT and NEC Forms of Contract.
