Job summary

Enable Group is looking for a Quantity Surveyor in Leighton Buzzard. This role involves commercial management of landscaping projects, focusing on client relationships and stability in a supportive team.

The successful candidate will manage NEC contracts and report to senior stakeholders. A salary between £55,000 and £70,000 is offered, along with opportunities for career progression within a reputable landscaping contractor.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
• Background in landscaping, external works, or similar sectors.
• Experience managing subcontract packages and commercial processes.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of landscaping and external works packages.
• Cost planning, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Preparation, submission and agreement of interim valuations.
• Managing variations, compensation events and change control.
