Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the Midlands is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our Derby or Nottingham team. You will work across a wide range of projects supporting clients on complex, high-value programmes with an initial emphasis on the Water sector.

You'll collaborate with clients and supply chain partners to develop and deliver solutions to complex commercial and procurement challenges, applying NEC, JCT or FIDIC contracts, and leading a team to maximise value.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience with NEC, JCT, and FIDIC contracts.
• Strong contract administration and commercial management skills.
• Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships and teams.

Responsibilities

• Work across a wide range of projects supporting clients on complex, high-value programmes, with initial emphasis on the Water sector.
• Collaborate with clients and supply chain partners to develop and deliver solutions to complex and dynamic problems.
• Advise on commercial, procurement and supply chain requirements to maximise value for clients.
