Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our UK Infrastructure team. You will work on a variety of client and internal infrastructure projects, focusing on cost management, procurement, and commercial governance.

Qualifications

• Experience with contract administration and programme control.
• Familiarity with NEC3 or equivalent contract forms is a plus.
• Strong cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of procurement, governance and change control processes.
• Experience in managing contract change and ensuring project governance.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with clients and project teams.
• Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies.
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to budget.
• Monitor cost variance and contract cashflow; ensure timely applications.
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage deliverables, KPIs and value engineering.
• Manage contract change to keep projects within governance and best practice.
• Improve forecast and budget accuracy; provide commercial support to stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close final accounts; manage commissions as needed.
