Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven cost/quantity surveying and commercial management experience.
• MRICS qualification preferred.
• Post contract administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Establishing professional relationships with clients and project teams.
• Administering contracts in line with project objectives.
• Providing cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to budget.
• Monitoring cost variance and contract cash flow.
• Collaborating with client and contractor teams on deliverables and KPIs.
• Managing contract changes within governance and best practice.
• Improving forecast accuracy and budget control.
• Providing commercial support to stakeholders.
• Ensuring final accounts are negotiated and agreed.
• Leading people and commissions as needed.
