Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on a two-year refurbishment of a prestigious country estate in Hampshire. The role sits with a leading main contractor for high-end residential projects.

You will manage procurement, budgets, cash flow, and final accounts, collaborating with the client and supply chain. A minimum of five years' QS experience with main contractor background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' quantity surveying experience.
• Experience working for a main contractor.
• A relevant quantity surveying qualification, preferably a degree.
• Experience taking projects from pre-contract through to final account.
• High-end or super prime residential experience preferable.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Super Prime Residential
Location: Hampshire
Salary: £75,000-£100,000 + package DOE
Contract option: £400-£550 per day Ltd DOE
Project duration: 2 years

We are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor specialising in the super prime residential sector. The role will focus on a two-year refurbishment of a prestigious country estate in Hampshire.

Our client is open to experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors and ambitious Project Quantity Surveyors looking to take the next step in their careers.

The Role

You will manage the commercial delivery of the project from pre-contract through to final account, working closely with the project team, client and supply chain.
