Job summary

TLG Infrastructure Limited in Hampshire is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of a prestigious two-year country estate refurbishment. You will manage pre-contract through final account, collaborating with the project team, client and supply chain.

The role requires at least five years' QS experience with a main contractor, a QS degree, and strong commercial awareness. High-end residential experience is preferred; salary up to £100,000 plus package.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' quantity surveying experience.
• Experience working for a main contractor.
• A quantity surveying qualification, preferably a degree.
• Experience taking projects from pre-contract through to final account.
• High-end or super prime residential experience preferable.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors and the project team.

Responsibilities

• Managing procurement, tender enquiries and subcontractor appointments.
• Preparing and monitoring budgets, cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Managing subcontractor valuations, payments, variations and final accounts.

Location: Hampshire

Salary: £75,000-£100,000 + package DOE

Contract option: £400-£550 per day Ltd DOE

Project duration: 2 years

We are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor specialising in the super prime residential sector. The role will focus on a two-year refurbishment of a prestigious country estate in Hampshire.

Our client is open to experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors and ambitious Project Quantity Surveyors looking to take the next step in their careers.

The Role
