Job summary

The Labour Group is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor delivering a two-year refurbishment of a prestigious country estate in Hampshire.

You will manage commercial delivery from pre-contract to final account, with duties including procurement, budgets, cash flow, sub-contractor valuations and final accounts, focusing on high-end residential work.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' quantity surveying experience.
• Experience working for a main contractor.
• A relevant quantity surveying qualification, preferably a degree.
• Experience taking projects from pre-contract through to final account.
• High-end or super prime residential experience preferable.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing procurement, tender enquiries and subcontractor appointments.
• Preparing and monitoring budgets, cost reports and cash flow forecasts.

Location: Hampshire

Salary: £75,000-£100,000 + package DOE

Contract option: £400-£550 per day Ltd DOE

Project duration: 2 years

We are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor specialising in the super prime residential sector. The role will focus on a two-year refurbishment of a prestigious country estate in Hampshire.

Our client is open to experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors and ambitious Project Quantity Surveyors looking to take the next step in their careers.

The Role

You will manage the commercial delivery of the project from pre-contract through to final account, working closely with the project team, client and supply chain.
