The role involves delivering projects on budget, managing procurement and sub-contractor packages, handling variations and valuations, and coordinating with the supply chain across education, commercial, leisure, and custodial sectors.

Salary ranges from £65,000 to £75,000 DOE, with a company car scheme or car allowance, extensive annual leave, private medical insurance, a pension

Qualifications

• Experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor.
• Experience dealing with / managing final accounts.
• Experience managing sub-contractor variations.
• Industry related qualification.
