Saxton Recruitment is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 contractor in the East Midlands. You will act as the commercial lead on Design & Build projects ranging from £5m to £50m, chairing pre-let meetings and managing subcontract orders.

• Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractors.
• Experience managing sub-contractor variations.
• Industry related qualification.

• Commercial Lead on Design & Build projects £5m - £50m.

• Procurement and managing sub-contract packages.
• Dealing with variations and valuations.
• Production of CVRs.
