Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor for Central London projects with a leading concrete frame and groundwork subcontractor. You will oversee packages from award through final account, reporting to the commercial director, and work across concrete frame, basement and groundwork packages.

Hybrid working is available after probation, travel across London is expected, and a comprehensive package including pension, car or travel allowance

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in quantity surveying or commercial management.
• Experience with concrete frame or groundwork subcontractors in the UK is essential.
• Based in or around London/South East area or able to relocate for work.
• Travel to projects across London is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a variety of concrete frame, basement, and groundwork packages from award through final account.
• Report to the commercial director and manage commercial aspects of multiple packages.
• Work with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maximise value and profitability.
