Intersect Global Ltd. is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities on a £75m energy infrastructure project in South Wales.

The role involves close collaboration with the Commercial Manager and project team to oversee financial, contractual, and commercial activities through the lifecycle. The ideal candidate has infrastructure or energy sector experience, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to delivering value.

Qualifications

• Qualified Quantity Surveyor with infrastructure, utilities, civil, or energy project experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor accounts, applications, valuations and final accounts.
• Support commercial reporting, forecasting and budget management.
• Produce Cost Value Reports (CVRs) and monitor costs and risks.
