Carriera Limited is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Associate Cost Manager to strengthen its infrastructure and energy offering in London with hybrid working. You will lead post-contract cost management on major energy and infrastructure schemes, ensuring value and robust commercial governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Strong post-contract experience in infrastructure/energy.
• Good understanding of civils, electrical or utilities packages.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with NEC contracts; FIDIC experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide post contract cost management across major energy and infrastructure projects.
• Manage commercial delivery across civils, electrical and utilities packages.
• Assess and agree valuations, variations and change.
• Prepare regular cost reports and commercial forecasts.
• Manage contractor applications and payment recommendations.
• Monitor project expenditure against budgets.
• Support procurement and contract administration where required.
• Negotiate and agree final accounts.
• Work with clients, contractors, engineers and project teams.
• Provide clear commercial advice throughout delivery.
