The position involves managing commercial functions from tender to final account, with opportunities on multi-million-pound projects across industrial, commercial, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent negotiation skills.
• Experience on large-scale projects (£multi-million) across sectors such as industrial, commercial, healthcare, or infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of the commercial function on projects, from tender through to final account.
• Prepare, submit and negotiate valuations and variations.
• Provide accurate financial reporting and forecasting to the Commercial Manager/Director.
• Manage subcontract procurement, negotiation, and account management.
• Support project teams with contractual and commercial advice.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and maximise profitability.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
