Job summary

Balfour Beatty VINCI is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for the Commercial team. The role is based on site in Birmingham, West Midlands.

You will take ownership of commercial tasks, manage tenders, and support the delivery team across bridges, tunnels and viaducts as part of HS2 works. Applicants should hold a degree in Quantity Surveying and have experience on large infrastructure projects, with professional membership in RICS, CIOB or ICES considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying or related equivalent.
• Experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Experience on civil engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead tasks within governance parameters.
• Coordinate with Project/Commercial Manager on contractual aspects.
• Protect BBV’s commercial position through contractual and legal understanding.
• Develop and support the commercial team and client relationships.
