Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related commercial discipline.
- Chartered membership or working towards chartership with relevant bodies.
- Experience as QS/Senior QS on civil engineering or highways projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage all commercial and contractual aspects from cost planning to final account.
- Control project costs and ensure commercial delivery of the North Hykeham Relief Road.
- Maximise value, manage risks and deliver commercial objectives across the lifecycle.
- Prepare, review and negotiate subcontract packages, valuations, variations and events.
- Monitor budgets, forecast costs and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
- Provide financial reports and commercial insight to support decisions.
