Job summary

Quantity Surveyor for a Confidential Client is engaged to lead the commercial management of a diverse Midlands & South West portfolio, with Worcestershire base ideal. The role covers end-to-end financial control from inception to final account on projects valued £8m-£12m, including procurement, cost planning and final accounts.

You will thrive in a proactive commercial team, with opportunities across residential, care and accommodation sectors and a focus on delivering on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in a main contracting environment.
• Strong background in new build construction projects.
• Experience across residential, care or accommodation sectors.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end commercially.

Responsibilities

• Full commercial management of projects (£8m-£12m in value).
• Procurement and subcontractor management.
• Cost planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Managing variations and final accounts.
• Working closely with operational teams to drive project success.
