Skilled Careers seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a flagship Somerset project with a leading Tier One Main Contractor. You will lead commercial management of key packages, drive cost reporting, and manage subcontract procurement and final accounts.

The role emphasises major building schemes, with a strong focus on JCT/NEC contracts, risk management, and mentoring junior staff. Competitive salary up to £85,000 plus car allowance and bonus, with flexible working.

Qualifications

• Experience with a Tier One or leading Main Contractor.
• Extensive knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts.
• Proven ability to manage large subcontract packages.
