Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in major infrastructure or complex construction projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and contract-management skills.
• Experience handling high-value projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual aspects of allocated work packages from inception to final account.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontract agreements.
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, budgets, and cash flow.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Administer NEC or relevant contracts.
• Prepare valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.
• Support procurement activities and subcontractor management.
• Produce accurate commercial reports and provide strategic project guidance.
• Collaborate with operations to drive commercial performance and project success.
• Mentor junior commercial team members where appropriate.
