MCR Property Group in Worcester is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on a portfolio of projects. You will manage procurement, prepare cost plans, and oversee monthly cost reporting from inception through final accounts.

Reporting to the Construction Director, you will work with project managers and the commercial team, visiting sites regularly to review valuations and progress. A minimum of three years in a similar role with strong Excel skills and a full driving

Qualifications

Minimum of three years’ experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor across varied project types.
Experience within a developer, main contractor, or subcontractor environment.
Strong knowledge of subcontract procurement processes, cost planning, and building systems.

Responsabilités

Procure schemes efficiently and keep within budgets and programmes.
Own monthly cost reporting and financial forecasting.
Manage contracts and subcontract packages and variations.
Prepare cost plans and estimates, measurement for bills of quantities, tendering and procurement.
Conduct value engineering, tender reporting, interim valuations and final accounts.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Commercial Team; visit sites regularly for reviews.
