MCR Property Group is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial and financial delivery on assigned projects. The role focuses on cost control, procurement, and reporting, with exposure to senior stakeholders.

You will own monthly cost reporting, forecasting, and management of contracts and variations, working closely with Project Managers and a wider delivery team. Office-based with regular site visits across Warrington and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience as Quantity Surveyor across a range of project types and values.
• Experience within developer, main contractor, or subcontractor environments across pre- and post-contract stages.
• Strong understanding of cost plans, estimates, measurement for BOQ, tendering and procurement.
• Proficiency with Excel and related reporting software.
• Comfortable negotiating with subcontractors and stakeholders.

• Procure schemes efficiently and deliver within budgets and programmes.
• Own monthly cost reporting and financial forecasting.
• Manage contract and subcontract packages, variations and interim valuations.
• Tendering and procurement responsibilities across projects.
• Support commercial strategy and financial control of projects.
