Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial aspects of refurbishment and fit-out projects.
• Prepare cost plans, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Procurement and management of subcontractor packages.
• Monitor project costs and report on financial performance.
• Attend regular site visits across live projects.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and senior leadership.
