Valoris Group is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Building Services & Facilities Management team in Barking. You will oversee commercial and financial aspects of multiple projects, ensuring cost control, compliance, and profitable delivery.

The role offers a clear route to leadership as the business grows, with opportunities across high-end residential, commercial, healthcare and industrial sectors. Office-based in Barking with occasional site visits.

Qualifications

• Five years of quantity surveying experience or more.
• Able to drive profitability and manage budgets across multiple projects.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, CDM regulations, and M&E systems.

Responsibilities

• Cost & contract management across projects.
• Tendering, procurement, and negotiating terms.
• Valuations, variations, and full contract lifecycle management.
• Client and stakeholder engagement with engineers, subcontractors and management.
