Job summary

Foster & May is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Norwich team. You will deliver pre and post contract work on a mix of infrastructure, commercial, and private education projects while mentoring junior QSs and supporting APC diary entries.

The role requires a QS degree (MRICS desirable), strong client-facing skills, and the ability to manage projects independently. Excellent progression opportunities and a supportive team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or MRICS accreditation
• 5–6 years of QS experience
• Experience in PQS consultancy
• MRICS would be a plus
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
• Client facing and able to manage projects independently

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects pre and post contract across infrastructure, commercial and private education
• Mentor less experienced QSs and support APC diary
• Manage and deliver projects independently while maintaining client relationships
