Job summary

Foster & May Limited in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy. The role covers a range of sectors including industrial, residential, retail, hotels and office, with a family-feel team of about 15 QS professionals.

Applicants should have a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS-related qualification, ideally MRICS, and a PQS consultancy background. Driving license and pre/post contract experience are preferred, with autonomy to run

• Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.
• Ideally MRICS.
• PQS consultancy background.
• Car and driver's license.
• Pre and post contract experience.
• Experience running projects.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects across industrial, residential, retail, hotels and office.
• Lead cost management and commercial aspects on multiple schemes.
• Provide pre and post contract support and governance.
