Job summary

Foster & May, a leading quantity surveying consultancy, seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Norwich team. You will deliver both pre and post-contract services across a mix of projects, mentoring junior surveyors and supporting APC diary development.

The role requires a QS degree (RICS accreditation preferred) and 5–6 years’ experience in a PQS consultancy, with MRICS a plus. You will be client-facing and able to deliver projects independently.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent and MRICS would be a plus.
• Experience: 5–6 years in QS roles in a PQS or consultancy.
• Client-facing and able to manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre and post-contract QS services across multiple projects.
• Mentor and support less experienced QS team members and APC diary entries.
• Work on infrastructure, commercial and private education projects from initiation to close.
