Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of a major Poole project in Dorset. You will take ownership from pre-construction through to final account, reporting to the Commercial Manager and coordinating with the project team.

The role offers £80,000–£90,000 salary with a £6,000 car allowance or company car, private healthcare and pension, plus substantial long-term career prospects on high-value projects across the South Coast.

Qualifications

• Previous Senior Quantity Surveyor experience with a UK main contractor.
• Track record delivering new build or complex projects > £25m.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Experience leading the commercial delivery of major construction projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Senior Quantity Surveyor
Poole, Dorset | £80,000 – £90,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance/Company Car + Excellent Benefits

A leading UK main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of a £48m new build accommodation project in Poole, Dorset. Construction is due to commence later this year and will run for approximately two years. As the Lead QS on the project, you'll take full commercial responsibility from pre-construction through to final account, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager and working closely with the wider project team to ensure successful delivery of the programme.

On completion of the project, you'll move onto a £100m+ new build development in the centre of Bournemouth, providing long‑term continuity on major schemes within the region.

Key Responsibilities
