Job summary

Foster & May in London are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead projects from inception to completion with support from an Assistant QS. You will work on a countryside property extension with a pool-house, a £25m private property, and other schemes, delivering value for a high-end client base.

The ideal candidate will be MRICS and have a QS degree with residential project experience, strong client communication, and pre-contract expertise.

Qualifications

• MRICS ideal
• RICS accredited Quantity Surveying degree required
• Residential project experience essential
• Client facing / strong communicator
• Strong pre-contract experience
• Experience of working in a PQS/ Consultancy environment

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to completion with support of an Assistant QS
• Manage countryside property extension, pool-house, and landscaping schemes
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver on time and budget
• Position involves pre-contract activities and value management
