Job summary

Foster & May, a fast-growing PQS consultancy, is seeking an enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join their Leicester office. You will manage budgets, cost planning and prepare bills of quantities across leisure, residential and healthcare sectors.

The successful candidate will have a QS degree (or RICS), MRICS ideal, 3+ years PQS consultancy experience, and a valid driving license. In return, you’ll enjoy a £40,000–£50,000 salary, flexible working, pension, and opportunities to progress to senior

Qualifications

• Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS accredited).
• MRICS qualification preferred but not essential.
• PQS consultancy experience minimum 3 years.
• Car and driver's license.
• Pre and post contract experience.
• Relevant project experience across sectors.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and cost planning for diverse projects.
• Preparing bills of quantities and cost reporting.
• Liaising with partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Support across leisure, residential and healthcare sectors.
