Calibre Search is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established building services contractor in the Fire & Security division. The office base is in Chadderton, Oldham, with hybrid working and clear potential for career progression.

You will take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of projects nationwide, including cost planning, valuations, variations and final accounts, and supervise procurement and subcontractor management while supporting Project Managers to achieve

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Several years' post graduate Quantity Surveying experience.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of Fire & Security projects nationwide.
• Cost planning, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Procurement and subcontractor management.
• Supporting Project Managers to ensure commercial success.
