Job summary

Calibre Search is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a national building services contractor, based in Chadderton. You will take commercial responsibility for Fire & Security projects nationwide, working with the operations team while managing your own workload.

The role offers £55,000 salary, £5,700 car allowance, annual bonus and private healthcare. A BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying with several years’ experience is required; fire & security experience is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Several years' post graduate Quantity Surveying experience.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of Fire & Security projects nationwide.
• Cost planning, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Procurement and subcontractor management.
• Supporting Project Managers to ensure commercial success.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
