Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Background in drylining, interiors, or subcontracting.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial aspects of drylining projects up to £2m.
• Complete site measures, variations, and valuations.
• Prepare payment applications and CVRs.
• Attend site meetings and manage final accounts.
• Work closely with senior management.
• Support estimating and tendering duties.
