Qualifications

• Strong background in drylining, partitions or specialist interiors.

Responsibilities

• Managing the commercial aspects of projects from pre-construction through to final account.
• Preparing and submitting valuations, variations and payment applications.
• Managing subcontractors, procurement and costs.
• Cost reporting and forecasting.
• Preparing and agreeing final accounts.
• Identifying commercial opportunities and risks.
• Working closely with operational and site teams.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and main contractors.
