Job summary

TSR is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activity on drylining and interiors projects up to £2m in South Yorkshire. The role includes producing measurements, variations, valuations and CVRs, while liaising with the MD and senior management.

A chance to gain exposure to estimating and tendering with a growing specialist contractor. The package includes £50,000–£60,000 depending on experience, with a company car or car allowance, and 33 days holiday plus a pension.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Background in drylining, interiors or subcontracting.
• Strong commercial and IT skills.
• Good understanding of valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial aspects of drylining projects up to £2m.
• Complete site measures, variations and valuations.
• Prepare payment applications and CVRs.
• Attend site meetings and manage final accounts.
• Work closely with the Managing Director and Senior Management Team.
• Opportunity to support with estimating and tendering duties.
