A major drylining contractor in East Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of their own commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have a background in drylining or fit-out and demonstrate strong commercial judgement. This full-time role offers a salary of up to £65,000 along with the autonomy over projects and support from a leadership team. The position requires 4 days on-site and 1 day office or home.

Competenze

• Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background in drylining, interiors or fit-out.
• Experience in leading valuations and cost reporting.
• Ability to maintain robust reporting is essential.

Mansioni

• Run your own drylining and interiors packages on major commercial projects.
• Lead valuations, variations, cost reporting and forecasting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
