Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• MRICS Chartered (or equivalent) essential.
• Extensive UK experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Associate Director required.
• Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial management.
• Proven leadership and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, commercial strategy and project delivery.
• Oversee procurement, tendering and contract administration (JCT).
• Act as Employer's Agent on key schemes.
• Manage project financials including valuations, variations and final accounts.

The successful Associate Director will work closely with senior leadership, managing key client relationships and overseeing multiple commissions. This Associate Director position offers strategic input, team leadership and a clear pathway to further progression.
