Qualifications

• Proven track record as an SQS within a recognized main contractor environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience delivering DfE projects.
• Commercially astute with strong contract knowledge (JCT/NEC).
• Ability to lead, own problems, and protect the bottom line.

Responsabilités

• Take commercial lead on high-profile, multi-million-pound DfE builds from pre-construction to final account.
• Oversee procurement, sub-contractor management, and cost reporting with razor-sharp accuracy.
• Advise the board on commercial strategy and mentor junior surveying staff.
