Job summary

A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London & Home Counties division on high-value DfE projects.

You will lead commercial management across multiple schemes, producing cost reports and forecasts while managing your own projects and supporting two-stage tenders. The role offers £85,000–£95,000 salary, car or car allowance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, enhanced pension, private medical cover, and clear progression opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects in a Tier 1 environment.
• DfE project exposure is essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management across multiple projects.
• Produce accurate cost reports, forecasts and commercial advice.
• Manage your own projects independently.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor management and change control.
• Support 2-stage tenders and framework schemes.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial targets are met.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal teams.
