Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team after multiple contract awards and new bids. The role covers schemes from £20–£120 million on JCT and NEC contracts, with education, MOD, health and blue‑light projects across the M4 corridor.

Qualifications

• Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience on large-scale schemes.
• Experience with JCT and NEC forms of contract.
• Ability to manage payments, valuations, and CVR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review and check programmes and cost plans at the 2nd stage.
• Develop detailed prices with supply chain for scope.
• Manage and supervise on-site packages and pre-start meetings.
• Oversee payments, valuations, variations, and contract administration.
