Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Defence business in the UK. You will work on complex client programmes and Turner & Townsend projects, delivering cost management, governance and procurement support.

Hybrid working is available, with on-site client and office presence as required. The role requires experience in infrastructure sectors and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve programme KPIs and value engineering.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Estimating, Quantity Surveying or Cost Engineering.
• Experience in Infrastructure sector (Rail, air, power, highways).

Responsabilités

• Establishing friendly, professional relationships with clients and project teams.
• Administering contracts in line with project objectives and policies.
• Providing accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to budget.
• Monitoring cost variance and cash flow; ensuring timely applications.
• Collaborating with client and contractor teams to manage deliverables, KPIs and value engineering.
• Managing contract change to maintain governance and best practice.
• Improving forecast and budget accuracy.
• Providing sound commercial support to stakeholders.
• Negotiating and finalising final accounts.
