Walker & Sloan are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial management of a flagship data centre development in Hayes, West London. You will lead procurement, subcontractor negotiations, cost reporting and forecasting, coordinating with the Commercial Manager and Project Director.

You will influence procurement decisions, drive profitability, manage complex variations and provide leadership to junior commercial staff within a trusted, high-profile team.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of JCT, NEC and other relevant contracts.
• Experience delivering major data centre or similarly complex projects.
• Proven experience managing procurement and final account negotiations.

Responsabilités
