Qualifications

• Hold a RICS accredited quantity surveying degree.
• Ideally chartered or working towards it.
• Familiarity with current forms of contract (e.g., JCT, NEC).
• Able to demonstrate IT skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to demonstrate strong core QS skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake pre- and post-contract duties ensuring best practice.
• Prepare tender and contract documents.
• Administer contracts and cost management.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in development activities.
• Attend project meetings to provide advisories.
