Responsibilities

• Deliver cost consultancy services to clients.
• Prepare and analyse project costings for tenders.

Skills

RICS chartered or equivalent

5+ years post-qualification Quantity Surveyor experience

Strong pre- and post-contract experience

Solid understanding of tender processes

Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

UK resident within the local area

Education
