We seek Senior Quantity Surveyors / Senior Cost Managers to join our Midlands team, driving cost management, procurement, and contract strategy on high-profile projects in airports, utilities, transport and more.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in quantity surveying, procurement, and/or estimating on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Degree-qualified, with chartered status (MRICS) or actively working towards it.
Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and infrastructure cost management.
Collaborative, proactive approach — clear communicators and adaptable thinkers.
Able to balance site travel with flexible, balanced working.

Responsibilities

Manage commercial contracts, procurement, and negotiations in an NEC environment.
Lead post-contract commercial activities, including payment approvals, cost assessments, and contract changes.
Support contractors with transparent, data-driven cost management.
Identify cost-saving strategies and optimise contract performance.
Produce cost reports and cost forecasting; support project managers in early warnings and compensation events.
