Qualifications

• Proven expertise in quantity surveying, procurement, and/or estimating on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and infrastructure cost management.
• A collaborative, proactive approach with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial contracts, procurement, and negotiations.
• Lead post-contract commercial activities, including payment approvals and cost assessments.
• Identify cost-saving strategies and optimize contract performance.
