Job summary

Vital Energi Utilities Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its Commercial team in the North West region. You will support contract financial management, work with Contracts Managers and Project Managers, and ensure contractual obligations are identified and administered.

The role requires a background in construction, knowledge of NEC contracts, and a UK driving licence. The package includes a company car or car allowance, pension, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Educated to BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
• Member of the RICS or similar professional body.
• Knowledge/experience of Mechanical/Electrical services and/or utilities.

Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with site management, commercially supporting sites as required to develop a proactive site team.
• Vet contract documentation on receipt from Client to ensure compatibility with the Company's Tender and negotiations.
• Prepare and issue monthly cost value reconciliations and cash/spend profiles; attend contract review meetings.
