Job summary

TriBuild Solutions is recruiting a Senior Estimator to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor. The role sits in the pre-construction team and leads estimates across complex civils and infrastructure packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment.

You will review drawings and tender documents, engage with the supply chain for pricing, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to bid submissions and commercial

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within civils or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts and pricing structures.
• Experience on major projects or within regulated environments.
• Excellent analytical and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prepare detailed cost estimates for major infrastructure works.
• Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
• Engage with the supply chain to obtain accurate pricing.
• Identify risks, opportunities and value engineering options.
• Support bid submissions and commercial strategy.
