Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering, rail, infrastructure or utilities.
• Strong knowledge of NEC3 Contract and commercial governance.
• Experience with subcontracting, cost measurement and change control.
• Ability to manage risk, value, and client/contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work with management and operations to protect commercial position.
• Oversee and manage project commercial activities and subcontract procurement.
• Prepare and agree interim valuations, changes and final accounts.
• Produce weekly/monthly CVR reports and KPI data.
• Attend client meetings and support project teams with commercial advice.
